BOOKING CONDITIONS

50% deposit reserves your space. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to change/ cancel your reservation, more than 30 days prior to your arrival a credit towards another session will be issued. Within 15 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and we will issue a credit for the balance. Within one week, the full payment is non-refundable.

Prices quoted on our website and all advertising are current at the time of printing, however, Escape4Girls reserves the right to change those prices without notice as they see necessary.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following are guidelines in the event that you must cancel your Escape4girls Package or Surf Spa Package. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving an Escape early. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following:

    • If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the session start date your deposit can be used as a credit towards another Escape4girls Package or Surf Spa Package

    • If you cancel your reservation 15-29 days prior to the session start date, you will forfeit your deposit and the other 50% can be used towards another Escape4girls Package or Surf Spa Package

    • If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of the session start date, you will forfeit 100% of your total payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, surf conditions, airline disruption or personal emergencies. Escape4girls strongly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance. If Escape4girls must cancel a Surf Spa session, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. If a minimum of four ladies is not reached for each Escape4girlsSurf Spa, you will be offered an alternate date, if this date is not suitable to you, you will be offered a refund of deposit, which will constitute full settlement. Escape4girls is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
