So when Kirsty started wishing for single doses of high quality toiletry products to complement her hectic traveling schedule for her International Marketing job Sarah suggested she stop wishing and the two of them actually do something about it.   This first conversation about what is now our Single Shots range happened over Easter 2006 and in November 2006 we launched the range through our own e-store www.CiaoBellaTravel.com.au. The six months between concept and actual product and website launch were needless to say, incredibly busy. Sarah finished her job so she could focus full time on getting the business up and running, whilst Kirsty worked nights and weekends on the marketing plan. While both of us have a good knowledge of the day to day business processes we generally split our roles into Buying & Operations (Sarah) and Marketing & Business Development (Kirsty) which we feel fits well with each of our areas of strength and skill sets. One thing we both feel passionate about is exceptional customer service which we work very hard to deliver to both our retail and corporate customers. We have been very pleased with results so far including posting a net profit for our first year in operation.
