Why a surf spa? While it is great to treat the body to a massage, surfing clarifies your thoughts and replenishes your inner being. Balancing the mind and soul. Surfing directly connects you with your surroundings and is the best form of exercise.
Whether you have never surfed before and always dreamed of learning or you just want to improve your skills, we will help you reach your goals. Your surf lessons begin on the beach. You will be taught water safety, paddling techniques and surf etiquette. Instructors will be by your side until you stand up on your first wave. Instructors have several years of surfing experience, lifeguard training, CPR training and lots of patience. Lessons are taught on main beach Noosa, with slow rolling waves. All surf equipment is provided.
Yoga classes are suitable for beginner and advanced students. Yoga compliments surfing perfectly working on ones flexibility, balance and strength. No experience is required to participate in the Yoga classes and we encourage everyone to try it out. Each class will focus on different positions to benefit your body, mind and your surfing.
Our Sunshine Coast based Mobile Day Spa, provides you with everything you could possibly need on your journey of luxury and indulgence. So relax and allow your body to be treated to within an inch of heaven...
The pamper treatments have been created by professional therapists as a reflection of their expertise, to achieve specific effects for your body, mind and soul. Much more than a mobile massage...Your journey begins with a pre-treatment ritual of a lavender milk foot soak with salt scrub while you lounge around. Let us take you away…..
3 Night Surf Spa
Each three night weekend Surf Spa Escape commences on a Friday and finishes on a Monday .
We start you off with a lunch time check in, make you familiar with your accommodation, present you with your gift pack, surf bag and bath robe that is yours to use, then set you up for a wonderful lunch prepared for you by your personal chef who will be dedicated to serving you for the weekend.
The afternoon is spent getting to know your fellow surf mates and Indulging in an hour pamper session each with a mobile day spa.

6 Night Surf Spa
Come join us for six nights in Noosa, staying right near Hastings Street and the beautiful Noosa National Park. Take in the wonderful Noosa surrounds, our beautifully furnished beach houses will surely take you away. Simply choose the dates that best suits you, decide if you would like a single or twin share room, then leave the rest to us! Your hardest decision will be choosing between a weekend or week in Noosa!
Each six night Surf Spa Escape commences on a Sunday and finishes on a Saturday .
